Attention: Paying for commissions implies you have previously read and agreed to Yayartsy's Terms of Service.
Understand that the process of a commission includes both client and artist responsability.

WORKFLOW, COMMUNICATION AND CHANGES

☁ The Client should expect their commission to be done within 10 to 90 days. To express deliver, observe each price service at Add-ons section.☁ The Artist will be updating the Client in the commission process to have clear communication. Client needs to provide the main forms of contact for a clear and efficient communication in the process.☁ The Artist will show to the Client the primary sketch to see first changes, the final sketch or lineart (here won't be changed the drawing anymore, or extra fee will be charged) and the flat colors to see the colors changes before starting the finishing part of the commission. Client needs to be clear about the ideas for a good workflow.☁ The Artist will accept and do any changes in the commission according to the process steps. But the client must understand that, with each change made, the art creation process will take longer. So it's recommended that Client's idea needs to be clear if there’s an hard deadline, and it’s important understand that the client time response will also affect the commission process.

USES AND SOCIAL MEDIA

☁ The Client agrees to keep the credits to the artist when uploading the commission to social medias or others places. Signature and name of the artist should be clearly visible in the image and not cut it off.☁ The Artist may promote her own work in social medias with the client's artwork (both the final artwork and in the middle of the process). If the client does not agree, or if the artwork is a surprise, the artist must be informed before the process.☁ The Artist has the rights of the art, which means both personal and commercial art pieces can be on Artist’s Portfolio and Social Medias to her work promotion.☁ Personal, Monetized Content and Commercial Licenses Use has its own prices.
- Commercial License use means +100% fee in the commission, and signature removal in the art.
- Monetized Content License use means +50% fee in the commission.

DO's and DON’Ts

☁ The Artist DOES NOT AGREE in her art being used in AI tools nor NFT pages.☁ The Artist WON’T accept commissions involving pornography with real people or characters who are minors, neither excessive gore or hateful things.☁ The Artist has the right to accept or decline any commission before and through the process if Client be rude or prejudiced.☁ The Artist can do NSFW and Kemonomimi. It needs to be talked about before payment. NSFW kinks needs to be talked about.☁ The Artist doesn’t do mecha, Furry.
